Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to oversee the development and delivery of AACI Group’s AI-native technology stack for AACI Group’s insurance agencies and digital services. You will manage exciting product initiatives and roadmaps across multiple projects and business lines. This role requires balancing stakeholder needs, business goals, and technical feasibility in a fast-moving environment. To accelerate your impact and iteration cycles, you should be able to “vibe code” to rapidly assembling MVPs, workable prototypes, and proof-of-concepts. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be central to how AACI translates our ambitious mission into usable, impactful technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full product lifecycle of concurrent projects: discovery, definition, delivery, and iteration.
  • Develop product roadmaps for AACI’s insurance and digital services platforms.
  • Work closely with engineering leadership to prioritize features and deliver on timelines.
  • Rapidly prototype and deliver MVPs, using vibe coding and lightweight development skills to validate concepts and accelerate buildouts.
  • Define clear success metrics and ensure accountability across teams.
  • Conduct customer and stakeholder interviews to inform product decisions.
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and leadership to align product development with strategic objectives.
  • Ensure product compliance with insurance and data security requirements.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience in software or digital services.
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and product management tools.
  • Demonstrated success managing cross-functional teams and complex roadmaps.
  • Experience prototyping and building lightweight MVPs using various AI-tooling.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in AI/ML products, fintech, or insurance is a strong plus.
  • Startup or early-stage company experience preferred.

Location & Reporting

  • Based in Boston, MA.
  • Expected in the office 3-4 days per week in either downtown Boston or North of Boston.
  • Reports to the CEO.
